You may request a refund for a Lay Theme license, Addon or license upgrade within 14 calendar days after purchase. This voluntary policy applies in addition to any mandatory statutory rights You may have.
Approved refunds are submitted through Dodo Payments, Our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. Dodo Payments handles the corresponding tax adjustment. The time until the refund appears depends on the payment method and the customer's bank or payment provider.
After a full refund, the affected license and download entitlement may be deactivated. You must stop using and distributing the refunded product files.
We may refuse a voluntary refund request made after the 14-day period or where there is evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, public redistribution of product files or repeated purchases and refund requests intended to obtain continued free use. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If only part of an order is affected, contact Us so We can determine whether a partial refund or another remedy is appropriate.
If a product is defective or materially differs from its description, contact Us even after the voluntary refund period. Statutory warranty and digital-content rights remain unaffected.
Please contact Us before requesting a chargeback so We can investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund through Dodo Payments. An unjustified chargeback may delay resolution and can require temporary deactivation of the related license while the payment is disputed.
