Passwords for Projects and Pages

Here is how to password protect a page or project.

When editing a project or page, click Visibility: "Edit" and set a password.

When creating a Lay Theme website, I like to just password protect the frontpage and make sure in "Lay Options", I check "Hide Site Title and Menu on password protected pages".

In this settings section you can also find more settings for password protection.

If you'd like to password protect your whole website you can also use a plugin. Search for a "Password Protect" plugin in "Plugins" → "Add New".
